Hello! I am excited to connect with you and walk alongside you in your healing journey. I strive to provide a compassionate, empowering, and authentic presence to each of my clients.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University. I have 20+ years experience in pastoral ministry, particularly working in urban settings with a population struggling with mental illness. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Grand Canyon University and have studied at multiple seminaries including Talbot School of Theology, Phoenix Seminary, and Reformed Theological Seminary.

My Specific training / Specialties include:

• EMDR Trained (Level 2)

• Completion of Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 for couples

• Completion of Level I Sexual Addiction training from IITAP

• Certification in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) / Polyvagal Theory

• Completion of training for Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP in progress) – Functional labs, nutrition, supplementation for mental health.
